We love Buni. It is a traditional Balinese fruit full of heritage. Unfortunately, it has become a rarity as people have cut down Buni trees in recent decades to make space for urban expansion. It is rich in Vitamin C, Phosphorus, and Calcium.
Kedondong is one of those few fruits that foreigners living in Bali almost never get to try, but that is well-known among locan Rijak enthusiasts. It is wonderfully tart as well as sweet, and boasts an impressive nutritional profile. In fact, one kedondong fruit packs a whopping 85% of the daily recommended intake of Vitamin C. It is also rich in electrolytes, Vitamin A, and an assortment of minerals.
Strawberry... well, why not!
